Here at UkTubelaser We stock all sizes of Box Section, Tube, Flat and Angle, ready to cut to your requirements. Tubelasers are fast and accurate, meaning that we are able to get your parts to you quickly and correct every time. Our Trumpf TruLaser Tube 7000, gives us the ability to cut efficiently and perfectly every time, this allows us to make our customers happy 100% of the time.
Material
Tube: 7.5 metres in length, multiple diameters up to 150mm
Box Section: 7.5 metres in length, from 20mmx20mm to 150mm
Flat and Angle: 7.5 metres in length, from 0.5mmX20mm to 15mmX200mm
RSJ: 7.5 metres in length and up to 150mm in diameter.
We can add holes, slots, and many different shapes into the walls of Box Section, Flat and Angle. The cut outs can be any size and any shape. We are able do this by using CAD and CAM. These processes allow us to get a fast and perfect turn around for our customers, and allow for an unlimited amount of configurations of cuts.

We can load 9 metre lengths into the machine, of any material, up to 4000KG. Hollow material and solid bar, up to 150mm in diameter. This loading system allows us to continuously cut non-stop, as when the current length has finished cutting the next length is already loaded and waiting to be cut.

Our unloading space is 6 metres in length, we are also able to unload all off cuts and cut outs for our customers. Material unloads onto a conveyer belt and then is stacked onto a pallet, different jobs will be separated onto different pallets, which makes for our customers to have their items sorted neatly when they receive their goods.
